[TERMS OF SERVICE]

Lozt.com (the "Provider") is providing a service to individuals (the "User") who are at least 18 years old or minors 13 years old and above who have parental permission.

Services are freely available for use by anyone who registers as Lozt.com member, but there are some rules that you must follow when you are using our free services. Please make yourself familiar with the rules provided in our Terms of Service. Failure to comply with our Term of Service will result in removal of your account without any warning. Lozt.com disclaims all warranties or representations, express or implied, oral or written, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.

To use our service, you must agree to all the following:

1.	SERVICES PROVIDED

Under this agreement, the Provider will provide the following services; which herein known as the "Services" in this agreement:

Access to utilize the Provider's message board services.
Access to documents such as FAQ's and documentation. 
All documentation is provided on an "as is" basis, with no expressed or implied complete validity.

2.	PAYMENT TERMS

This is a free service provided that our advertisements are found on all user pages.

3.	CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

Your forum must conform to the following standards to be eligible to utilize this service:

User's content must comply in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws in USA and social aspects. Provider does not verify contents of any web site using our web service. All members are responsible for everything inside their own website. All members can be held legally accountable for the contents on their forum; including for example; material protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret law. 

You are not allowed to associate your website with adult oriented material such as bigotry, racism, hatred, mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or any material which may be insulting to another person(s) or company, or depicts the exploitation of minors (children under 18 years of age). No spamming allowed, no harassing, threatening or any illegal activities.

Providers&#8217; servers may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

4.	DISPUTES

In the event it is necessary to refer any dispute to an attorney or resolve it in a court of law, the prevailing party will be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney's fees and all costs associated with any legal action, whether or not a suit shall actually be filed.
5. THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE PROVIDER GIVES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSLY INCLUDES ANY REIMBURSEMENT FOR LOSSES OF INCOME DUE TO DISRUPTION OF SERVICE BY THE PROVIDER OR ITS PROVIDERS BEYOND THE FEES PAID BY CLIENT TO PROVIDER FOR SERVICES. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BACKUP OUR DATA, BUT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA.

5.	MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT

This agreement may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of the Provider. Upon modification of this agreement, the User has two weeks (14 days) to terminate their account with the Provider or it will constitute acceptance of the modifications.

6.	LIMITATIONS OF SERVICE

[Backup & Service Availability]

While Provider tries to provide 99.8% uptime monthly, we do not guarantee that our services would be available every second. Any network downtime, files corruption and everything that could result in damages to your website are not our responsible. Provider will perform weekly and monthly backup for the entire site. Unfortunately, we do not provide SQL dump for individual forum. So we are not responsible for data lost. 

7.	TERMINATION OF SERVICE

This service may be terminated at any time by the Provider or User. The Provider may at its sole discretion remove any message board for any reason.

8.	ABANDONED FORUM
For any reason you decided to abandon your forum from Lozt.com, you will allow the Provider to take over your forum. 




   [Server Logged Information]

Whenever a user views a page located on Lozt.com, the Apache Web server automatically logs certain information about the visitor. This information includes the user's IP address, browser, and where the user came from. This is standard information collected by most Web servers.

   [Sign Up Process]

When a user joins Lozt.com as a member, certain information is asked for. This information includes the user's name, email address, Web site name, and web site URL. When the sign up process has completed, our script automatically logs the IP address into the user's profile as well.

   [Public Forums]

Please keep in mind that any information that is disclosed in forums hosted by Lozt.com becomes public information. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Opinions in messages posted in any forums located on our service are not necessarily the views of Lozt.com. Lozt.com maintains no liability for any legal action resulting from postings in forums located on our service.

When posting a message to a forum hosted by Lozt.com, your IP address is automatically logged with your post. The administrator of the forum you are posting in has the option to have IP addresses displayed publicly when reading the posts in the forum.

   [Cookies]

This Web site utilizes cookies to store usernames and passwords for message boards that are visited. When logging into a board, the user has the option to set the length in time for the cookie to last, or to let the cookie last indefinitely. When logged into a board, your nickname for your account will be displayed in the "Users Online" section of the message board you are at.

   [Message Board Monitoring]

Lozt.com reserves the right to monitor any and all message boards located on our server. Our staff has access to login to every password protected board to view the contents of those boards, as well as the ability to remove posts and/or boards that are found in violation of our terms of service.
